Oil Transportation & Trading
Most of the crude oil processed at the various world Refineries is transported from international sources where it is produced, either by marine tankers or pipelines. At a marine terminal, the cargo of crude oil is discharged through pipelines to storage tanks in the refinery. The marine terminal also has berths to load refined products. Of course, this process has been previously prepared through the oil trading mechanisms, a quite complicated procedure with lots of tricks.
We would say that the gas transportation is quite similar to the ways used for oil, but in different working, pressure and temperature conditions. The traders use also LNG tankers, pipelines or even CNG tankers or lorries for safe gas transportation.
